The Recipe
Approximately...
4 frozen bananas
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
3 tsp. of coco powder
*Measurements may vary based on personal preference
How To Make
1. Slice up the frozen bananas
2. Add the bananas to a blender along with the peanut butter and blend
3. Add the coco powder and blend until you reach your desired consistency
4. Enjoy!

Reduced-Fat Chocolate Chip cookies
This recipe may seem to good to be true but trust us, it's real. The secret... Applesauce! In this recipe, the applesauce acted as a substitute for the butter. This simple switch drastically reduced the amount of fat in these cookies and made them even more fun to enjoy!
The Recipe
2 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
1 tsp. of baking sods
1 tsp. of salt
1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce
3/4 cup of granulated sugar
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1 tsp. of vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups of chocolate chips
How To Make
1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
2. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and set aside
3. Beat together the sugar, vanilla, and applesauce
4. Mix in eggs
5. Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients
6. Stir in chocolate chips
7. Allow the dough to firm up in the fridge for 20 mins.
8. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough onto a baking sheet and cook for 10 mins.
9. Allow the cookies to cool for 10 mins. before you enjoy!

This twist on regular chocolate brownies makes them healthier than I ever thought possible.
Ingredients~

2. put all ingredients into blender and blend till smooth

4. place pan in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes then enjoy

1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
a pinch of nutmeg
olive oil spray
How to Make~
1.mix sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl
2. cut up bananas and dip in sugar mix
3. spray pan with olive oil spray
4. place bananas in pan and flip after about 1 min
5. take them out of the pan after another minute and enjoy
